In this menu I want to show the usual food of every Ukrainian family. My mother, my grandmother and great-grandmother prepared all these dishes for they family. Therefore, I want to show what we eat in ordinary Ukrainian families on ordinary days.

In Ukraine, a lot of fruit gardens, when their crops become especially large, we bake delicious pies with fruit. Today we will bake an apple pie with caramel and nuts. A caramel, you can use and apart from the pie as a sauce for other desserts.

Mistaken opinion that in Ukraine they drink instead of tea boiling water with jam. Ukrainians, like all other people, drink ordinary teas and herbal teas too.
