Made of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, olives , lemon juice and olive oil. All ingredients are cut in small cubes.
=== Okra and meat stew(オクラとお肉のシチュー)
The base of the stew is made of beef cubes, onions, and tomato paste, in addition to spices. The okra and carrots are later added. The stew is left to simmer until tender and fully cooked.
This can be served with rice or bread.

Basboosa is a popular desert in the Arab world and the Middle East.
Made of samolina, yoghurt, sugar and other ingredients. This is baked in the oven and later syrup is poured on it. Can be garnished with almonds.
