This menu will explores some of the most typical and traditional Galician dishes. I will consist om a series of large tapas called Raciones.
Seafood vinagrette salad, Potato omelete (tortilla de patatas) with a galician twist, pimientos de Padron and Galicia Style Octopus (pulpo a la gallega). We will explore the flavors of the Atlantic lands of finisterre, in the North Western region of Galicia.
All served with good bread as it always should be in Spain, Galician wine and dessert.

The most well know Galicia dish, cooked as it should be cooked. Forget about what you have tried before in the restaurants in Tokyo, You won't find such a delicious Galicia Octopus anywhere else.

This is one of the most popular Galician tapa. Be careful because you cannot stop eating once you have a bite!
